Shipping And Returns Policy
- Shipping
- All orders are processed the same business day and will be shipped 1 day after ordering. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for delivery in the EU. All orders will be shipped secured and you will get a tracking code so you can follow your shipment. All orders are sent from an EU warehouse. Shipping cost is 8 EUR. Free shipping is applied on orders over 99 EUR.
Lead time within the EU is 3-5 business days; tracking information will be sent via email upon dispatch of your order. - Damages and issues
- Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you a new product. - Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected]
- European Union 14 day cooling off period
- Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns and refunds
- Any supplements you wish to return must be returned within 14 days after receiving, in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions or you do not meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
- If you decide to return the product, please contact us via [email protected]. Our Customer Success specialist will provide instructions on how to send the item back by mail. We will supply you with a free return label to download and print, and no restocking fees will apply. Once the product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 business days and authorized through the same payment method used for your order.
If the product is reported defective or processed for cancellation within the prescribed 14-day cooling-off window, refunds will include original shipping cost. - Complaints
