You're charged automatically before each shipment, at the frequency you selected. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal so there are no surprises. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Yes. Log into your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Pause." Your subscription will be paused indefinitely until you choose to resume. No charges while paused.
Go to "Manage Subscriptions" in your account and click "Resume" next to the paused subscription. Your next order will be scheduled based on your chosen frequency from the reactivation date.
You can cancel any time from your account under "Manage Subscriptions" – no emails, no phone calls, no hoops. If you cancel after a payment has been processed but before shipment, you'll still receive that order.
Yes. From your subscription dashboard you can swap products, adjust quantities, or update your shipping address before the next renewal date.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
You have 60 days from receipt to return a product. This includes the statutory 14-day EU cooling-off period plus an additional goodwill extension from Orbelli. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition fit for resale.
Email us at info@orbelli.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our Customer Success specialist will provide return instructions and a free return label to download and print. No restocking fees apply.
We provide a free return label for all returns. For the original shipping cost:
- Defective product or cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period – original shipping cost is refunded in full
- Returns during the extended goodwill window (day 15–60) – original shipping cost is non-refundable
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

Yes, the same 60-day policy applies to subscription orders. If you'd rather not receive future shipments, remember to pause or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard.
