We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

You have 60 days from receipt to return a product. This includes the statutory 14-day EU cooling-off period plus an additional goodwill extension from Orbelli. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition fit for resale.

Email us at info@orbelli.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our Customer Success specialist will provide return instructions and a free return label to download and print. No restocking fees apply.

We provide a free return label for all returns. For the original shipping cost:

  • Defective product or cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period – original shipping cost is refunded in full
  • Returns during the extended goodwill window (day 15–60) – original shipping cost is non-refundable

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
